Died suddenly and peacefully on 21 May 2021. Beloved husband of the late Françoise, dearly loved father of Michel, and Nicki and Clive Higgie, beloved Grandpère of Marc, Simone, Guy and their partners, and of his five great-grandchildren. Messages may be sent to Michel Norrish, 6G Republic Apartments, 11 Tennyson St, Wellington 6011, or emailed to [email protected]. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wellington Free Ambulance, PO Box 601, Wellington 6140, would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A celebration of Merv's life will be held at Old St Paul's, 34 Mulgrave St, Wellington, on Friday at 12.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
