McBRIDE, Melvin Bruce (Mel):
On October 9, 2017, peacefully at Hutt Hospital, Lower Hutt; aged 63 years. Dearly loved husband of Philly. Loved father of Rhys, and beloved Grandfather of Cricket. A much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Guide Dog Services would be appreciated and may be left at the service or posted to Private Bag 94002, Manukau, Auckland 2241. Special thanks to Hutt Hospital Medical Ward for their care. A celebration of Mel's life will be held in Kingswood, cnr King & Cairo Streets, Upper Hutt on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 2.00pm followed by private cremation. Messages may be sent to "the McBride family", c/- PO Box 30 127, Lower Hutt 5040.
