Maureen MAITLAND Obituary

On October 29, 2023, peacefully with her family at her side, aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife and best buddy of Miles. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Philip & Diana, Steve & Jackie, Stuart & Angela, Anita & Andy. Loved Emmie of James, Matthew, Samuel, Hugo, Theo, Liam and Emma. Special thanks to the staff at Te Omanga Hospice, Dr Anup George, Dr Pete Barwell and the team, and all medical staff for their loving care shown to Maureen and family. In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice or Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service or via https://www.teomanga.org.nz/support-us/donate/ or https://www.wfa.org.nz/donate/. A funeral service for Maureen will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 2.00pm, thereafter private cremation at Akatarawa. Our Lovely Maureen a great friend for so many years and a brilliant real estate colleague and later business owner with Miles. We will miss you in so many ways. We were in Australia on the Funeral day and wished we could have attended. Sad loss for Miles. Love John & Sue & Family .
