SHAKESPEARE,
Maria Louise (nee Paiti):
Died peacefully on Wednesday 5 January 2022 after a long illness, aged 55 years. Dearly loved daughter of Louise and the late Paterson Paiti Snr of Lower Hutt. Devoted and loving mother to her dear son, Elvis Shakespeare. Beloved sister of David, Joseph (deceased), Lucy, Paterson, Mary, Louise, Andrew, Angela, William, Phillip, Belinda, Amy and Benjamin. Maria's Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Te Ngākau Tapu (Sacred Heart) Church, (Bishop Viard College grounds), Porirua, on Monday 10 January 2022, commencing at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. A "My Vaccine Pass" will need to be shown on arrival at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Heart Foundation NZ, www.heartfoundation.org.nz

She was a special lady and very dear to me. We shared so many happy times together and I will always treasure those memories. I said that to her and I want you to know that too. It´s easy to be a friend in the good times but she also proved to be a great friend in the hard times. We shared such fun and love and laughter and she will always have a special place in my heart.
