Maria DAVIS Obituary
(nee Wright):
On 21st May 2022, aged 30 years. Much loved wife and soulmate of Wade. Adored Mummy of Aeric and Mariusz. Loved stepmother of Levi and Keith. Masha, you were the most darling daughter and best friend of Gabriela and the late Peter. Donations in lieu of flowers to The Malaghan Institute for cancer research - www.malaghan.org.nz would be appreciated. A Service to celebrate Maria's life will be held at The Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, 4 Moorefield Rd, Johnsonville at 11.00am on Monday 30th May 2022 followed by private cremation.

I met Maria before she had any children, at Countdown supermarket. What always called my attention was her beautiful smile.
I was surprise to see her bringing Aeric to Best Start Montessori because I had not seen her for a while and I was glad.
One day I had the opportunity to talk with her mum, who I realised spoke Spanish as well as me.
These small things made me feel a connection with Maria despite of the lack of conversations I had with her.
Now I feel her demise deeply.
This is not the first time I witness the passing of a great mother to young children and it never gets easy.
My prayers and sympathy go to Gabriela, Maria's husband and especially children.
Please count on me for any help.
