On April 4, 2024 peacefully at Te Omanga Hospice surrounded by family; aged 51 years. Much loved mother of Zach and Addison. Loved daughter of Ian & Judith. Sister of Darren and Stuart. Treasured niece of Robert and Louise (dec). Cherished by the Jefferys' family Brent, Heather & Gary, Wayne, and David. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the service or made online at www.teomanga.org.nz. A service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held at Silverstream Retreat, 3 Reynolds Bach Drive, Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
