Lillian YOUNG Obituary
Peacefully at Cashmere Heights Home, Johnsonville, on 1st January 2019, aged 95. Loving wife of the late David Young. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Lonnie and Nick Spencer, Gaelene Clarke and Elliot Young. Loved grandmother of her 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Messages to the family may be left in Lillian's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville, Wellington 6037. The service to celebrate the life of Lillian will be held at St Johns Anglican Church, 18 Bassett Road, Johnsonville, Wellington, on Saturday 5th January 2019, at 12.00pm, thereafter a cremation at Harbour City Crematorium, 56 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie.

Your parents were such very good friends of our parents- Dorette and Colin Hodge. The friendship was long and strong and Lillian (or Paddy as we knew her) was particularly kind at visiting Mum after Dad died and she was recovering from her stroke and then facing life alone. She treasured those visits and the laughter that came with them. Our love and thoughts from the Hodge family- Brian, Peter and Martin
