Very sad to hear of Kim's passing, it has been a lot of years since we caught up. Kim and I grew up together and will never forget his great attitude to Life. He is gone way to early! Condolences to all of the family from one of his 'old' mates!

A terrible shock as we had coffee so recently and he was his usual bright positive self. Kim was one of the life industry people whose viewpoint and ideas I highly respected. He will be sadly missed but always with affection. My heartfelt condolences especially to Liz and the boys.
