I feel so privileged to have known Kay and through her met her family. She was a pleasure to be with. She shared very happy memories especially about her "nanny Kay" days that she would talk of fondly. She shared the joy that those special days with her grandchildren gave her. She inspired me to do the same with my grandchildren.
Always a kind and caring lady.
My thoughts are with Dan and the family at this sad time.

It was of great sadness that we hear of the passing of such beautiful lady, the joy that she brought to my children and mokos over the years during their time at school is something they will treasure and set them on the path to better things. Will miss seeing her at the hockey fields. Rest in love beautiful lady.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Kay. She and Dan were a great support to my mum during some hard years of her life. I also appreciated the time and encouragement she gave myself and my brother during our younger years. It was lovely to catch up with her a few years ago on a cruise ship. Sending aroha to the family x
