Kathleen BARTON Obituary
Peacefully on Thursday 27 August 2015 at Mary Potter Hospice aged 77 years. Dearly loved partner of Andy for 41 years, much loved Mum of Paul, Lynne and Kerri, loved mother in law of Steve, dearly loved Nana of Daniel, Natalie, Caitlin, Jack, Sam, Thomas and Josh, and Great Nana of Ollie, Tyler and Madison. Special friend of Grant and Ivy. Dearly loved by Andy's family, especially Andrew Jnr and Karen, Mishka, Tayla, Paul and Xin, Liang and Bolin. Much loved daughter of the late Tom and Winnie, loved sister of Marie, Dave and the late Den and Keith. Loved sister in law of Jean, Janet, Sheila, Joe, Stan and the late Colin, Norm and Bev. Also loved by the rest of her extended family in NZ, Australia and the UK. A service to celebrate the life of Kathy will be held in Wheeler's Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, Auty Lane (near Countdown) Porirua on Friday 4th September at 1:00pm, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the service. Special thanks: "We would like to thank Mum's GP Kerry Thornbury, the staff at Wellington Hospital, and the staff and volunteers at Mary Potter Hospice for their amazing care of Mum."
