Julia BRISCOE Obituary

Passed away peacefully on 25th April 2024, just 9 weeks after her husband and best friend of 47 years Anthony. Adored Mum to Joshua, Jessica and Rebecca, beloved mother-in-law to Luke and Scott and darling Granny to Fox, Scout and Emily. Sister to John, William (dec) & Diane. A special aunt, sister-in-law and friend to many. Julia's strength and determination to the end, along with her generosity, warmth and graciousness will be remembered forever. Julia's life will be celebrated at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Friday 3rd May at 10:00am. Josh Jess and Becky, I am sending our condolences to you all. Sorry we couldn´t be there, but watched the service via Livd Stream, and what a best service it was. I remember the days at Teranekau races with the Papakowhai group fondly. Love yo you all.

Condolences to all the family with the loss of Julia, especially following so close after Anthony. Our thoughts and love are with you all. Memories of a special lady. I first met Julia along with all the Bishops in 1972, when I first went to NZ , to meet all the Bishop and Inglis families pre my marriage to Trevor. You never forget great people who showed me such warmth and kindness. Our thoughts are with you all, much love Jenny, Trevor and Inglis family Julia fought such a long hard battle, she was so courageous
