Judy TOOMER Obituary

Suddenly at Wellington Hospital on 11 July 2024, aged 84 years. Loved wife of the late Trevor; mother and mother-in-law of Russell and Glenys, Debbie and the late Bradley, Vanessa and Brad. Loved Nana and Nan of her grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister-in-law of Yvonne and auntie of many. Her funeral service will be held in the Ninness Funeral Home Chapel, 17 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, on Tuesday 16 July at 2.00pm. A lovely lady full of love and humour. Enjoyed playing Bowls, cards and our yearly holidays of 2-3 nights at various places around the country. Will certainly miss those times and your smiling face. Rest in Peace dear Judy. Love Kay

Judy was a member of the Tawa Bowling Club for probably close to 20 years. A very enthusiastic Club Member who could play the game to a good standard. Apart from the game itself, Judy contributed to our Club in many other ways. She was always the leader when preparing meals at various functions. Also a very good fund raiser at events such as Garage Sales. Judy contribution to our Club was very wide and of a very high standard. Our Club Members remember her well and are sorry to see her pass. RIP Judy and thanks.
