Loved son of Maki & Jack Moses (Ringa Katau). Whangai son of Nelly and Henry Temoananui. Best friend of Lorraine. Loved father of Susan, Adam (deceased), Joanne, Jason (deceased), Regina & Tito, Debbie & Joe, Joseph & Partner, Lena & James, Rebecca & Anthony, Megan & Gareth, Champman & Olivia. Fondly remembered by Donna, Jack, Chris, Rehu and Wheti. Loved always and forever by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother and sisters, nephews and nieces.
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
The family will take him home to Ngahutoitoi Marae, Te Moananui Flats, they will arrive between 7.00am - 9.00am, on Wednesday, 3.1.2018. A funeral service will be held on Friday, 5.1.2017, at 11.00am.

How does one express on this occasion the sense of loss that one feels at the ending of ones life. My husband and I had the privilege of knowing Joe, we met through darts. He was always a very generous man and had a great sense of humor. To his whanau, deep is your loss, on behalf of my husband and I we send our condolences, Kia Kaha whanau.
