So sorry to read this. Condolences to all his family, but especially to joy, his twin sister. I remember both of them as children at St Teresas School in eastbourne. Joy and I were good friends, and I remember Johnathon as clever and funny. Thing of you Joy. Love always to all johnathon family

Dear Keren and Family. I was very surprised and saddened to read of Jon's passing. Please accept our deepest condolences. You and Jon were such a fabulous team when you were in Ohope and were very much missed when you left. All our love and sympathy, Gill and Kevin Molony.

Very sorry to hear this. We appreciated Jon´s work as a locum for the RNZAF and his anecdotes in aviation medicine meetings. He is gone too soon and a real loss to the profession. Our thoughts are with his family.

Am so very sad to hear of Jon´s passing. He was an amazing doctor and an incredible man. He will be missed.

Dr Jon, a kind , caring and gentle man, friend and colleague of The Doctors Fred Thomas and The Doctors Birkenhead. Always a smile especially if there was a piece of cake around. We have many fond memories of our times shared. Our condolences and thoughts are with the family and friends closest to Dr Jon.

I am so upset and shocked to hear about Jons passing away today . He was a great doctor and colleague.
He used to work with us for many years. It was an absolute honour to know him.

what a generous and clever man he was - loved his family to the moon and back - we have such warm memories of the witty + delightful fellow he was here @ Remuera Doctors....we will always miss him xxx he was one of the best
