WW2 NZ4313893 Sgt/Pilot RNZAF 205030. On 1 January 2016 at Charles Fleming, Waikanae. Aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Nanette (Nan). Loved Dad of Raewyn, John & Vanessa, Philippa & Brett; and Geoff & Rachel. Loved Grandpa of JJ, Luke, Alisha, Larissa, Krista, Loren, Charlotte, Sam, Damon, and Connor, and Great grandfather of Chloe, and Deegan. The family wish to thank all the staff at Charles Fleming who cared for John. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A Funeral service for John will be held at the Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9 – 11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu, on Tuesday, 5 January at 1.00pm, followed by a private burial.
