O'CONNOR, John Douglas:
On January 3, 2021, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 70 years. Loved husband of Melanie. Loved father and father-in-law of Daniel and Laurie, Cameron and Jo, and stepfather of Jeremy Wilson. Dearly loved grandad of Ciarán, and Ava. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christchurch Kidney Society via their website www.christchurchkidneysociety.co.nz/donate. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late John O'Connor, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Service for John will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on January 11, at 2.00pm, followed by an interment at Yaldhurst Cemetery.

Mel, please accept my heart felt condolences on the passing of Johno. I was his csr and I hope friend for many years and I feel very sad that he is gone but I will think of him often. Kind regards Ainsley Gardner xx
