O'BRIEN,
John Patrick (Jack):
Departed this life, aged 93, surrounded by his family on 5 October 2018, at Rita Angus Village, Wellington. Jack was the much loved husband of the late Margaret; and loving father, father-in-law and grandfather of Brendan, Vicki and Josie; Gregory, Jenny, Jack-Marcel, Felix and Carlo; and Justine, Philip, Joni-Maree, Moira and Enua. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Home of Compassion would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass. Many thanks to the staff at the Rita Angus Village for their immense kindness. Requiem Mass for Jack will be celebrated in St Mary of the Angels, 17 Boulcott Street, Wellington, on Tuesday 9 October June 2018 at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
