John NELSON Obituary

On Wednesday 23 August 2023 John passed away peacefully in his sleep, aged 91 years. Dearly beloved husband of Lorraine (43 years) and the late Ann (20 years). Father to Peter and Jocelyn. Loved and respected brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. Generous treat donor to Maggie. In accordance with John?s wishes a private cremation has been held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research www.malaghan.org.nz

Hello Lorraine, I was so sorry to learn today of John's passing. How the years have passed since Pembroke Street in the 60's and 70's. It was so nice of you and John to meet me for lunch in Paraparaumu after Mum passed in 2019. Please accept my deepest condolences at this sad time.
