Jean GREEDY Obituary
Jean Edith (nee Winter):
Passed away peacefully on 10 April 2022, aged 76. Husband Graeme, daughter Tanya, son Andre, grandchildren, brothers and sisters will miss her dearly. The passing of such a kind and loving soul will leave a mark on many hearts. A staunch supporter of worker rights with the Unions, a strong career at LINZ until retirement, an active participant in the Arts through performance and still time to be a great Mum. A service for Jean will be held at Seddon Park Funeral Home Chapel, Cnr Seddon Rd & Somerset St, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 20 April 2022 at 1.30pm. To Graeme, Tanya and Andre and families,
We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Jean and know she will leave a big hole in your lives. We haven't seen her for 3 years but were always struck by her intelligence, knowledge, social work and union representation, and generally helpfulness when we studied for our NZ Draughting Certs and organisation skills for the L&S socials, of which there were many. Jean was a lovely person and will be missed by many. Our sincere condolences to her family and apologies for not making the funeral.

So sad to hear of jeans passing. Her gate was always open and we met her on our walks with our dog rocky. Jean was always open for chat and we shared some treasured times. Rest in peace Jean you will be sadly missed.

Best wishes to family at this sad time. I have lots of fond memories with Jean from theatre events. The thing I remember most is Jean never seemed to lose it, she was always calm and collected. Good person to be around. Rest in peace.
