(nee De Menech):
Peacefully on Sunday 11th September 2022, aged 84 years. Much loved wife of the late Brian, and daughter of the late Darby & Gwen De Menech. Loved mum of Angela, loved Poppy-Nan of Aston & Amy, Kris & Samantha and Kimberlee, and loved by her great-grandchildren Lachlan, Lola, Mackenzie and Mateo. A service to celebrate Jan's life will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, on Friday 23rd September at 10.30am, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wellington Free Ambulance at https://www.wfa.org.nz. All messages to "the Devereux Family", c/- PO Box 30127, Lower Hutt.

Both Vic and myself have very happy memories of Jan. We spent many hours after a game of golf talking about our families and our good or bad shots during the game we had just played. I am sure she will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. We will always remember her as a kind and thoughtful friend. Our thoughts are with you as you farewell our lovely friend and golfing companion.
