At her home surrounded by her loving family. Much loved wife of Denis. Loved sister of Keith, and Kevin (deceased). Adored mother of Todd and Tina Swain, Natalie and Warrick Rahlff, Brett and Alison (deceased), Meredith and Matt Bradley. Loved by Leila, Sonya, Katie, and James. Cherished Nana of Jorjah, Willhemina, Jonty, Journey, Orton, Jedd, Paige, Alfie, Beau, and the late Stevie. Special thanks to the Oncology Staff, Nurse Maude, Dr Ferris, and Thysje.
