DUNCAN, Dr Janet Edith:
Passed peacefully on Sunday evening, 15 January 2023 at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, Dunedin, in her 84th year. Janet lived a full and adventurous life as a Professor and artist in NZ and USA. Loved wife of the late Ernie Siegel, stepmom of Ned and Alex, and much loved Mom of Jen Siegel. A very special big sister to Ian (dec), Erica (dec), and Steve, and sister-in-law Jenny. Loved and respected Aunty and Great-Aunty of her many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the caring staff at Yvette Williams and Frances Hodgkins. As per Janet's wishes, a private cremation has been held. Messages to [email protected] or 17 Wallace Street, Roslyn, Dunedin 9010.

To my dear school friend, so sorry to read of your passing. Times spent swimming at Thorndon Wellington. Horse riding as we rode between Ngaio and Simila. Memories of a very sweet friend. Maybe one day we´ll meet again. With love, Laurence
