James Henry (Jim):
Of Kahutara. Regt No. 34027, Signalman, NZ Signals, POW, 1939-45. On 25th March 2018 peacefully at his home, in the presence of family. In his 98th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Dorrie (they were married for 69 years). Loved father and father-in-law of Elaine and Bill Gooding (Featherston), Robert and Tina (Sydney), David and Di (Dannevirke), Paul and Liz (Perth), Stephen and Ronnie (Sydney). Loved Grandfather of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In accordance with Jim's wishes a private cremation has been held.
