I'm casting my mind back to the days on View road from where I have my first impressions of Ivan. There was piano music, and if you were lucky there were cheese and crackers to be shared. I remember you could hear his laugh from outside. And when you were inside, a smiling, bespectacled caricature with a fizzing intensity would always greet you. Rest well Ivan and send our love to your darling Philip.
