BOOTHAM, Ivan Thomas:
On 14 July 2016, aged 76. Beloved husband of Audrey, loved father and father-in-law of Vanya, Laura, Richard and Andy, special grandad to Freya and Caitlin, loved brother and brother-in-law of Val, Christina, Lindsay and Brian. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Wellington Hospital Oncology and Mary Potter Hospice. Two words that summed him up, "creativity and humour". Private family service to be held at Ivan's request.
