Iris Ethelwynne (ne Thrift):
On Thursday, 17 December 2015, unexpectedly at Summerset Hospital, Paraparaumu. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved and loving wife of George, and dearly loved mother of Stuart & Paula, Jeanette & Peter, and Neil. Beloved Grandma Iris of Campbell, Hamish, Lachie, Liam, Sam & Josephine, Tom, and Jesse, and great-grandmother of Escher. Loved sister of Cecil (dec'd) and Ron, and aunt of Sheila (all of UK). Special thanks to the wonderful staff of Summerset for their loving care. A service to celebrate Iris's life will be held at Kapiti Uniting Church, corner of Raumati & Weka Roads, Raumati Beach, at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 23 December.
