Passed away peacefully at Horowhenua Health Centre (Star 4) after a short illness. Very special friend and adventurous wife to Bruce. Inventive and proud mum to Fran and Mur. Happy Granny Iris to Lucian and Brie. She was delighted when Steve and Jenny joined her team. Iris did not want a formal funeral service, but she sends special thanks to Muriel, Ron and Mary, Sally and Alan for so many years of friendship. Iris valued her Ohau neighbours and friends, and thanks you all for your many acts of kindness and cuppas. She is sorry she was not given time to say goodbye to you all.
