Ines RAFFERTY Obituary
(nee Menara):
23.12.1930 - 01.06.2023
Died suddenly after a well lived life. Dearly loved wife of John Joseph (deceased 2006), loving mother to Virginia and Michael, and cherished Nonna to Matthew and Nathan. Thanks to the staff at Hutt Hospital and Shona McFarlane for their support and respect of Mum. As per mum's wishes there is to be no funeral service but the family invites you to the Naenae Bowling Club on Wednesday 7th June from 2.30pm to celebrate her life with them. Donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated.

My condolences to your family. I remember Ines from my time at Gainsboro Gowns. She was such a lovely lady. Truly a good and kind person. She made the best pavalovas and fruit cake ever. I loved the stories of her family and friends. Such a loyal person.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. Ines was such a special lady who we held a huge fondness for. A life long close friend and neighbor who always kept an eye out for our mother. We shall miss her dearly but hold many wonderful memories. Rest in peace Ines xx

Sorry to hear Ines has passed away. We have lots of great memories with John and her at Boulcott golf club. Ines was the last winner of the 10th and last Gold Cup tournament. Rest well Ines.
