Condolences to the Park family especially Marian. Great man a good loyal friend to my dad Frank Taylor. Those two spent many hours at the Wainui tavern solving world problems

A lovely man who has been - and always will be - missed by the Huia Pools staff and regular hydro thearapy swimmers alike. We have missed his figure at the side of the pool, we have been missing our Maid Marian too. Lots of love from Renee, Carol and Curtis.

Beautiful service and by some miracle of coincidence I ended up following my uncle´s hearse all the way to the Pauatahanui intersection. It was an honour. Rest easy Ian. Say hi to your brother (my dad) from me.

Marion, Jane and Alan , I was very sad to hear of Ian´s passing. As a youngster I have vivid memories of the epic Boxing Day BBQ and having Ian do the special garlic or pepper steaks. He had great humour and I was the only young person who got away with calling him " Ian" for everyone else it was " Mr Park".
Rest in Peace Ian .
