HOWAT, Ian Malcolm:
On June 24, 2022, tragically as the result of a skiing accident at Mt Ruapehu, aged 64 years. Dearly loved father of Georgia and Natalie and their mother Kate Williams. Treasured friend of Anna Davison. Loved son of the late Malcolm and Shirley. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Brian, Tracy and Ben Davis, Cathy Oakes and Ian Fitzgerald. Loved uncle of Lauren, Daniel, and Christina. Special thanks to Ruapehu Alpine Rescue Organisation (RARO) for their assistance on the day of this tragedy.
