Ian DAY Obituary
Of 'Fernhills', Makomako, Pahiatua. Peacefully on Friday 2nd September 2022, aged 82 years, surrounded by his family. Dearly loved husband of Barbara. Loved father and father-in-law of Chris and Rena (Wellington), Catherine and Richard (Dunedin), Andrew (Fernhills) and Richie (Fernhills). Special grandad to Stephen (London), James and Pierce (Wellington), and Simon Macknight (Dunedin). A service celebrating Ian's life will be held at 1.30pm Wednesday 7th September 2022 at St Peter's Anglican Church, 18 Albert Street, Pahiatua. To be followed private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Red Cross Ukraine appeal or Cancer Society are welcome and may be left at the service. Our grateful thanks to the health care professionals, as well as family and friends who have given such wonderful support. Messages to Mrs B.
