Passed away peacefully at Rahiri Care Home, Dannevirke on 13th January 2023, with her loving daughters by her side. Youngest daughter of the late George and Margaret Hales. Devoted wife of the late Duncan; Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Davinia and Jason, Christine and Brendan; Adored Gran to her beloved grandchildren, Henry, Patrick, Evelyn and Arlo. Sincere thanks to the dedicated staff at Mary Doyle, Ashcroft House and Rahiri Care Home for their care of Erin in her final years. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Dannevirke Marion Kennedy Club, and these may be left at the service. A celebration of Erin's life will be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Allardice Street, Dannevirke, on Thursday 19th January, at 1.30pm, followed by interment at the Mangatera Lawn Cemetery. Rosary will be recited in church on Wednesday evening at 6.00pm.
