Dear Faye
You and Harvey just popped into my mind the other day and I was thinking that we must catch up again.... This morning I thought I would look Harvey's name up on Google as I remembered he had an insurance business and saw his death notice.I am so so sorry to learn of his death and know you will be devastated. He was a real character and Cyril and I both enjoyed his and your company so very much (as did George and I).
My thoughts and deepest sympathy are with you and your family, Faye. It will be a very sad Christmas for you all, but especially you. You will have heaps of lovely memories though as you obviously had a very happy time together.
Please give me a ring or email me: [email protected]
if you feel you would like to catch up.I would love to see you again as we have walked the same road, some of it together.
Lots of love
Carolyn

Harvey Cook was a great friend of mine who worked very hard on my behalf and the Plinth at the Hutt Recreation Ground in my honour was soley responsible to his passionate hard work. Harvey will be missed by me and my family.
May I wish Faye all the best for her future.
