Passed away surrounded by family on 8 August 2024, aged 99 years. Beloved husband of Timmy (Lois), and the late Sue. Cherished father and father-in-law of Tim and Deb, Di and Gary Stewart, Muff and Carl Knapp. Adored and much loved brother-in-law of Marianne MacSmith and family. Loved stepfather of the Cowper family. Loved brother of the late Marjorie, Bob, Dorothy, Rachel, and Jim. Adored grandfather of Jessica, Christopher, Chloe, James, Sebastian, Richie, Buzz, and Livi,, 'Poppy' to Ben, Jimmy, Becky, Willie, and Grace, and great-grandfather of Hazel, and Henry. A service to celebrate Hamilton's life will be held at Functions on Hastings (Toitoi), 101 Hastings Street South, Hastings, on Thursday, 15 August 2024 at 1.00pm.

I knew Hamilton who gave great advice. He was fair and honest.
My wife Jenny bought Hamiltons book, which he wrote a message in it for me. She gave it too me when I was in hospital. Hamilton Logan was an inspiration and a Legend in Hawkes Bay. Condolences to all the family. Ken & Jenny Mark.
