Graham COWLEY Obituary
Peacefully at Hawke's Bay Regional Hospital on October 25, 2020, aged 84 years. Loving husband of the late Margaret, adored father of Mark and Vicki, and Anna and John. Cherished Poppy of Laura and Lachlan. Loving brother of Lynette. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cranford Hospice in Graham's memory would be gratefully received and can be left at the service. A funeral service for Graham will be held in St Paul's Presbyterian Church, 89 Tennyson Street, Napier, on Wednesday, November 4, at 3.30pm, followed by private cremation. Messages to the Cowley Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.

I just learned of Graham's passing. I want to send my sincerest condolences to his entire family.
He was a rare, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable individual who has left a legacy indeed.
He guided my late husband and I from overseas since 1988 until last year in all our requirements with utmost care. He will be greatly missed.

Very sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Cowley. I had such a wonderful time staying at their place when I was at High School. Mrs. C and Young Graham let me stay often with Anna and always made me feel part of their family.

What a mentor he was! I treasure the time I spent with him on the Legal Services Board and have never forgotten him or what I learned from him. A wonderful person and consummate Chairman.
