Left for his final journey on January 25, 2022 to meet up with his much treasured wife Di after 16 years apart. Much loved Dad of Lisa and Annie. Grandad to Keri-Ann, Taylor and Mitchell. Great-grandad to Cole. As per Graeme's wishes, a private service will be held.
