Grace (nee Reid):
Of Paraparaumu Beach formerly of Taupo and Ohakune. On 28 May 2023, peacefully at Summerset on the Landing, Kenepuru, Porirua after a short illness. In her 89th year. Dearly loved wife of Frank (dec), treasured Mum of Steven and Ruth, Pete and Sue, Lee and Lawrence. Adored Nana of Lisa, Vivien, Fraser, Jonathan and Nicholas. Amazing Nana (great-grandmother) to Lucas, Josh, Toby, Dani and Gracie. Loved sister of Neil (Brisbane), Ev (dec), and Robin (dec). So very special to all her nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may also be left at the service. Grace has been cremated in accordance with her wishes. A memorial service to celebrate Grace's life will be held at The Lions Den, 3 Arawa Street, Ohakune at 1.30pm on Saturday 8 July 2023 followed by interment of her ashes at Ohakune Cemetery. Messages to the family may be sent c/- 40 Kandy Crescent, Ngaio, Wellington 6035.
