Gloria MCJORROW Obituary
(Of Lowry Bay) On January 30, 2017, peacefully, surrounded by family. Dearly loved wife of the late John. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jay & Gail, Vicki & John and Scott & Liz. Beloved grandma and great-grandma of her 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She loved and was loved by so many others. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Life Flight Trust would be much appreciated and can be left at the service. A celebration of Gloria's life will be held in Cornwall Manor, cnr Knights Rd and Cornwall St, Lower Hutt, on Friday, February 3, 2017, at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation. Gloria was one of life's special people, a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and treasured friend of so many. We are glad that her suffering is now over but will miss her dearly. "The flickering of a great light dying down is sad, but nothing can extinguish what has been kindled."

Sorry to hear of Gloria's passing on Monday. she was actually a cousin of mine ,my grandmother Caroline Willet Jane was my grandmother and I met her a couple of times in Greytown. I feel she is now at peace and with John. Margaret Ellis nee Swain
