An extraordinary Doctor! Glenys and also Athol were well known in Wellington Hospital - a teaching hospital- they both shared their knowledge and skills with generations of patients ,families ,nursing students(of which I was lucky enough to be one in the 70's) and other fraternal colleagues. Her small frame in a white coat could be seen buzzing about Wellington Hospital, stethoscope around her neck and files under her arm but never in too much of a hurry to pause and say hello.Rest in peace Glenys and bless you.xx

I was under Dr Arthur's care during my stay in hospital in 1974 and it was she who discovered the condition I was suffering with. I kept in touch with her a few times over the years and she still remembered me. She was a lovely person.

Dr Arthur was my neurologist in the mid 70s. I remember her kindness, wisdom and clear explanations. Condolences to Dr Arthur´s family.
