Gladys DILLARD Obituary

On 19th May 2024, peacefully at Poneke House, aged 95 years with daughter Julie by her side. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of the late Les. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Julie, Garry & Jen (deceased), Grant (deceased). Devoted nan of Tim & Jenny, Chris & Katie, Jeremy & Lucy, Shannon (deceased), James (deceased). Great-Nan of Mason. Thank you to the staff at Poneke House for all their kindness and care of Marion.

"It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. A part of us went with you the day God called you home".

Nobody could make shortbread like her , our Christmas was made at Drummond´s Pharmacy when she visited with armfuls of shortbread for all the staff and we enjoyed our numerous chats throughout the years.love Lesley and Chris Reading
