Geraldine Mary (nee Molloy):

It is with great sadness that we announce that Geraldine (Gerry) passed away on Friday 16 December 2022. She was a much loved wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother and friend. She was a midwife and delivered many babies in Upper Hutt (Elderslea Hospital) and Wellington (St Helen's). An avid gardener and bird watcher, she spent many hours in the garden. A knitter and quilter, she enjoyed creating things for friends and family. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. A service to celebrate Gerry's life will be held in St Joseph's Catholic Church, 1 Pine Avenue, Upper Hutt, on Thursday 22 December at 10.30am.

It was with deep sadness that I learned of Gerri´s passing. I haven´t known Gerri very long, having met her through her friend, Anne, but we instantly liked each other. She was so warm and welcoming. A very lovely lady. My deepest condolences, Clive and family, may your memories of Gerri bring you all great comfort.

So sorry to read of Gerry´s passing. Is am also from the April 1968 intake. Gerry was always such a positive and caring classmate. It was so nice to catch up with her at our reunions and I have lovely memories of her voice and her laughter. Sincere condolences to her family. Anne Powell
