On 31st January 2024, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones after a short illness. As per George's wishes, a private burial has taken place. The family would like to thank Wellington Hospital and Wellington Free Ambulance staff for their care. Messages to the family may be posted c/- PO Box 14-366, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241.
