On 5 May, 2022, with his darlings beside him. Dearly loved husband of Doreen. Loved father and father-in-law of Dean & Donna, Debbie & Sheldon. Treasured Pops Gary of Jarrad, Mackenzie and Cooper. Special thanks to the amazing staff at Aroha Rest Home for their outstanding care of Gary. In accordance with Gary's wishes a private service has been held.

I shock to here of Gary's Death as a child I played cricket with on our back lawn those were the days when Family's cousin etc. Got to geather on a Sunday afternoon Latter on in Life I Join the wellington trotting club under Gary leadership. Dear Doreen and family. I was very sad to learn of Gary's recent passing. I always enjoyed playing cricket with him in the Wellington College First X1 cricket team 1961/62 and then against him when he played for Kilbirnie over many seasons.
RIP Gary, you will be missed by many friends.
