SANDERS, Frederick (Fred):
Betty would like to thank everyone for all their support and kind thoughts after the loss of Fred. The lovely cards, flowers, phone calls and donations to Te Omanga Hospice were very much appreciated. A special thank you to the wonderful and caring staff of Wellington Hospital Cancer Wards Level 3 and 5 and the amazing staff of Te Omanga Hospice. To our Kiwi family Lou, Ken, Nadine, Stu, Benn and Jamie thank you for always being there for us. As many addresses are unknown, please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of my sincere appreciation to you all.
