3.10.1928 - 18.11.2017Peacefully at Yvette Williams Retirement Village surrounded by his loving family; in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy, dearly loved and gentle father and father-in-law of Fiona Parker and the late Barry Longmore, David Parker and Barbara Ward; and Sue Wootton, Christine Parker and David Bilkey, Louise Parker and Max Holt, treasured grandad of Sam, and Zoe; Ruby, Oscar, and Molly; Madeline, and Annabel; Zac, Leo, and Evie, stepfather and Pop of Philip, and Pamela, Cameron, Laura, and Ben. Beloved son of the late Francis and Elsie Parker, loved brother of the late Gladys, Wynfred, Noeline, and Shirley, and loved uncle of his many nieces and nephews. Family would like to thank the kind staff of St Andrews Home, Cedar Unit, and more recently Yvette Williams for their wonderful care and support. A service for our dear Dad, Grandad, and Frank will be held in the Otago Golf Club, 125 Balmacewen Road, Dunedin, at 11.00am, on Friday November 24 followed by private cremation.
