Peacefully, after a short illness on Saturday 16th September 2023, aged 79. Devoted wife of Vatau. Best Mum to Vaegaau & Nathan, Toli, Karina, Vatau & Melesete and Lahraine. Loving Grandma to Vatau Isaac, Vatau Iosefo, Lafaele and Toli. Favourite Aunty to all her nieces and nephews. No more suffering Mum, you can dance the night away forever more. We will remember your beautiful smile and infectious laugh forever. Fa'amolemole leai se fa'asamoa. Vaiula's family service will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday 20th September at 6.00pm, and her final farewell service will be held at the same location on Thursday 21st September at 10.00am, followed by a private cremation.

Condolences to you family. Aunty was always kind to me, had the best baking all of aunties and always had a smile or a joke.

My childhood is full of fond memories at Hamstead street or at Richmond street and losing Aunty Masina and now Aunty Vaiula is a very sad day indeed.
