Evan CUNLIFFE Obituary

Slipped away peacefully on 3 July 2023 with family by his side. Beloved husband of Chrissie, father of Charlotte and partner Austin and grandad to Opie. Loved brother of Ashley, Mark and Paul. Cherished brother-in-law of Penny, Harold, Alena, the late Thomas and Venina. Much loved uncle of all his many treasured nieces and nephews. A dear friend to many. He will be truly missed by them all. In lieu of flowers donations may be made online to Dementia Wellington. Messages for 'The Family of Evan Cunliffe' may be sent c/- PO Box 50-347, Porirua 5240. A service for Evan will be held in the Whenua Tapu Crematorium Chapel, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay, on Friday 7 July 2023 at 11.00am.

By project managing a group of his mates into the WCOB's rugby team, the J8s, Evan became the father of the team. The many hilarious end-of-season rugby tours wouldn't have happen without Evan either. Evan was a "top bloke" - we miss you.

To my favourite uncle. You will be missed at future family events. You were always happy to sit in a chair on your own a beer in one hand smoke in the other. You taught me alot about paying off debt as a student and I know how to cook rice because of you hehe.
