Hi my name is Evelyn Perrot and I only found out yesterday that my dear childhood friend has passed away. I am very sad and wish we had kept in touch, which I will always regret.
I will always remember Esther as a beautiful, kind and loving person.
I knew her family and they were as lovely as her.
Esther and I shared a special friendship from our primary school years right up until college.
It was Esthers father that dropped us off at Sth Wgtn Intermediate on the day of the Wahine disaster.
Such lovely, lovely memories.
Rest in peace my beautiful friend. X

Beautiful service and thank you for being a special family friend to us and for always being there. I will be thinking of you when I go fabric shopping at Spotlight and when I am sewing using helpful tips and skills you have taught us. Forever in our hearts.

Over many years Esther was a great friend to me. She was kind, gentle, humorous and wise. Over a cuppa, yum char or a meal at her place we chatted about life, people and told stories.
Esther was a great help to me when I went through hard times which I will never forget.
Condolences to Colin, Kerry Ann, Victor and Martin and Esther's wider family. I am thinking of you all during this time.

Esther was a sewing inspiration every time I saw her in Taupo always collecting fabric for her classes and doing what she was so good at.
A special lady with a gift.

Dear Esther.
Memories of our time together will be forever treasured. I will think of you even more when I look at the dresses/suits (that's right, I still have them!) you have made for me when I was living in Wellington. May your soul rest in peace.

To her family - I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your Esther. Thinking of you all during this heartbreaking time.

Dear Esther
You were a lovely classmate and friend to me in Newtown many years ago when we all went to school. We met up again when I came back to Wellington and worked here for many years. You did my sewing and even sewed a little teddy's leg on and gave Ted a bow tie around his neck. This Ted was my dad's favorite all those years ago while Dad was in hospital. Dad was so pleased to see Ted looking well again. Esther you did so much out of your heart for everyone. Those things will never be forgotten.

ESTHER HELEN LEE. RIP 19/3/1955-9/12/2022.

My beautiful sister Esther now that your suffering is over hope you Rest in Peace with the angels where you belong.
You´re an amazing lady bringing up your wonderful family in your home life and holding successful full time jobs and businesses all at the same time, you always had time to help others that were in need even up to the time that you couldn´t and you were always thinking of everyone else before yourself.
Your infectious smile and positivity will be sadly missed by all those people that you touched and knew you.
You and dad were the most influential and inspirational people in my life unfortunately I never managed to tell you both. I wished I could have been half the person you both were.
When you catch up with dad send him my love and I´ll will see you both when the time comes, hopefully not soon I´m happy where I am for now. Your loving little brother
