On 21st January 2019 "Wellington Anniversary Day". Formerly of Lower Hutt and a long standing employee of 'Gibson Sheat Lawyers'. Loved wife of Mel, loved and cherished mother of Adrian (dec) and Thaddeus, and their families. In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7442, Wellington South 6242, would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A funeral service will be held on Monday 28th January 2019 at 2.00pm, at Cedarwood,
17 Parata Street, Waikanae. Messages to the Wellington family can be sent c/- PO Box 300, Waikanae 5250.

Dearest Grandma & Denise,
Rest In Peace to an absolute lady. Grandma you always kept in touch & kept the lines of communication open between NZ & Mountbolus! We hope you are sitting up with Adrian today on the highest chair available watching down on Mel & Thad to give them the strength to get through today & the coming months.
