David MINNOCH Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Wesley Care, Christchurch, on September 21, 2023, aged 82. Loved husband of the late Lynda, dearly loved dad and father-in-law of Penny & Peter (Christchurch), Chris & Kelly (London), and the late Robert, cherished grandad of Matthew, Sophia, Alex, and James, loved son of the late Robert & Margaret, loved brother and brother-in-law of Anne & the late Michael Searle, Robin & Glenys, Barbara & the late Jeff Rohloff, Peter, Alan, and Stephen & Christine, loved brother-in-law of the late Nigel Howell, and Trevor Howell, a dearly loved uncle, cousin and a friend of many. The family would like to acknowledge the staff at Wesley Care and the palliative care teams for their genuine support. Special thanks also to Dave's West Coast carers and friends who looked after him with great respect and affection while he was at home in Greymouth. Your loving care will always be remembered. A Funeral Service to celebrate Dave's life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street, Greymouth on Tuesday at 10:30am followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
